Once an order is placed the order can not be cancelled or exchanged This includes pre-ordered and custom ordered items. Pre-orders can not be changed during processing time.

- ONLY EXCHANGES ALLOWED ON BOARD SHORTS- IF IT STATES NO EXCHANGES IT CANNOT BE EXCHANGED.

- Should you decide to exchange board shorts it must be done within 3 days and POST MARKED.
- There is a $17.99 restocking/reshipping fee (this rate applies to the USA ONLY) for all board shorts
- The client is responsible for shipping the item back to Team Chula Fitness
